ServiceNow (also called Support@Duke) is your service management system at Duke to submit and track technology incident tickets. It also contains OIT's online knowledgebase, which allows you to search for answers to technical questions online.

For IT staff, the request tracking system is used at university and medical center service desks to track and manage IT request tickets. IT staff may also use ServiceNow for related projects such as change management tracking and data reporting, and to manage web forms and email addresses through Support@Duke tickets.
