Software Manager: How to change fund code

To update the fund code that is being billed monthly for Software Manager purchased software:


To update the fund code being billed for Software Manager purchases

  1. Visit the Software Manager website.
  2. Once logged in, go to the My Orders tab.
  3. Click View details for the order you want to update.

4. Click Edit Order.

5. Enter a new Fund code and click Update Order to save changes.

If Software was purchased for you by someone else:

The purchaser has the option to update the fund code or cancel if needed.

To view order detail:

  1. Go to My Licenses.
  2. Find your software and click View details.

Click View Order to see the purchaser information (look for Requested by in the order details).
