  • M-Th 8:30am -10pm
  • Fridays 8:30am - 5pm
  • Sundays 3pm - 10pm
  • The Service Desk will close from 8pm-11pm on September 20th. If your issue is urgent please submit a ticket at oit.duke.edu/help and state that the issue is urgent.

The OIT Service Desk at the Link takes walk-up customers by appointment only in the lower level of Perkins Library (directions). 

Link hours match those of the Perkins Library unless otherwise specified.

Visit the Service Desk at the Link for equipment loans and in-person IT assistance.
