Directory: Change your preferred email address

Staff/Faculty/Students/Emeriti/Affiliates can change their preferred email address via the SelfService tool.
Staff/Faculty/Students with DKU primary affiliation will not be able to change their preferred email address.

• Go to duke.edu/online and log in (if you have not already)
• Log in with your NetID & Password.  MFA may be required on this page.

• Click on the Accounts tab next to the Identity tab.
• Click "Manage Email Settings"
• Click the "Edit" hyperlink to change your preferred email address. Click on your choice.

 

Click the "Add or update non-Duke email for account recovery" to add a Non-Duke account recovery email.

Duke staff/faculty/emeritus/student can not change their preferred to an external email address.
