Directory: Change your preferred email address

Staff/Faculty/Students/Emeriti/Affiliates can change their preferred email address via the SelfService tool.
Staff/Faculty/Students with DKU primary affiliation will not be able to change their preferred email address.

• Go to duke.edu/online and log in (if you have not already)
• Log in with your NetID & Password.  MFA may be required on this page.

• Click on the Accounts tab next to the Identity tab. Click the "Edit" hyperlink to change your preferred email address. Click on your choice.

 

Click the "Add or update eternal email" to add a Non-Duke account recovery email.

Duke staff/faculty/emeritus/student can not change their preferred to an external email address.
