Software Manager: How to cancel a license

Follow the below steps to cancel a license and stop billing for Software purchased from the Software Manager website software-manager.oit.duke.edu.

 

 

To cancel your license(s):

• Log on to Software Manager
• Select the My Licenses tab  (This can also be done in the My Orders tab)
• Select View Details for the license you would like to cancel

• Click Cancel License

• Confirm OK to cancel

 

*The person who places the order must make these changes.

 

To cancel a license you purchased for someone else:

• Log on to Software Manager
• Select My Orders to view orders that you placed (for yourself or others). 

• View Order Details

• Select Cancel License for user(s) you would like to cancel
  

• Confirm OK to cancel
