You can get help from our live call center service desk and walk up service desk nearly 24-hours a day. OIT support Duke university faculty, staff and students.

  • A live call center service desk available by phone, email and chat. IT analysts can answer questions, change passwords and troubleshoot technical issues. 
  • A walk-up desk - The Link - is located in the lower level of Perkins Library is fully staffed to troubleshoot devices and applications. The Link also loans technical eqiupment such as phone chargers, cameras and ipads.
