Canvas is supported by a 24/7 vendor-provided service desk available by using the Help menu inside the application and by Student Information Services and Systems (SISS) Office | Student Information Services and Systems.
Sakai is the prior Learning Management System (LMS) at Duke for course management. If you use Sakai, LILE's LMS team supports Sakai, including upgrades, requirements analysis and technical specifications, research and development, and testing and quality control.
