Director of Enterprise Systems & Support
Brenda Ratliff is Director of Enterprise Systems & Support, supporting the Student Applications at Duke University, including PeopleSoft (DukeHUB), Hyland Perceptive Content, and Tableau Reporting. As the team lead, she oversees a diverse group of technical experts responsible for application administration, PeopleSoft/React/Java development, and application security in support of the Student Information Services and Systems.
Since joining OIT in January 2009, Brenda has served as ITAC coordinator and was nominated and selected to participate in the Duke Leadership Academy, a prestigious program that provides leadership development for Duke staff. Currently, she represents Duke OIT on the Ivy+ administrative systems group, where she shares her knowledge and expertise with peers from other institutions.
Outside of her work at Duke, Brenda has volunteered extensively with the Higher Education User Group where she has served as the chair for the technical and reporting group.
