Qualtrics no longer accessible in Russia/Belarus
Qualtrics services will no longer be accessible in Russia or Belarus, effective Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024.
Beginning Sept. 11, Qualtrics users located in Russia or Belarus will lose access to this service. Research study participants in these countries will also be unable to respond to Qualtrics surveys.
Qualtrics is making this change in connection with applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws, and in particular, OFAC’s determination restricting the provision of certain information technology and software services to Russia and the Commerce Department rule prohibiting exports of certain software to Russia and Belarus.
