Meet the new Duke Web Services Team

Since the merger of Trinity College of Arts & Science Technology Solutions Web Support into the Office of Information Technology (OIT) in the Fall of 2020, Duke Web Services has been working towards a coordinated effort to support the university’s website projects without disruption. 

In September 2021, all website developers were consolidated under Kyle Skrinak, Web Development Senior Manager. Ryn Nasser in her new role as Web Product Manager now leads the team of project managers who will guide and support Sites Express, Sites Pro, and custom websites.  

These combined teams comprise the new Duke Web Services (DWS), experienced developers and project managers who continually work to improve Duke’s web presence from a variety of viewpoints including maintainability, accessibility, and security. 

Its goals are to enhance support for the Duke web community and to provide a higher level of service, support, and innovation.
