Making Multiple Individuals Admins for a Warpwire Media Library

In many cases you might have a need to share the management of Warpwire Media Libraries with multiple individual NetID holders. To do that, you can follow the steps listed below. Please note that sharing service accounts with multiple individuals for the purpose of managing Warpwire content is prohibited by policy.

1. Log in to Warpwire
2. Access the Media Library you wish to set up shared management for
3. Click the Share icon

4. Under Search Users and Groups, type the name of the Duke group you wish to administer the library. You can also type the name of each individual and add them one by one here. 5. Once you type in the name of a group or an individual Warpwire recognizes, you'll see it in appear as below. Click on the user or group to add them. In this case we are adding the policy group named "oit auds".

6. Now that we've shared the content with them, we'll elevate their permissions to Administrator. To do that, we click on "Edit Permissions" and select Admin from the drop-down menu. There is no save option on this screen so your changes become live immediately.
