Request a Kuali Build Group

In Kuali Build, you can use groups to provide data lookups on a form or assign steps in workflow. Groups are comprised of persons -- Duke users with an active NetID. 

There are two ways groups are maintained:

• In Kuali Build by a designated group administrator who controls roles within the group and maintains the group's members
• In Group Manager and synchronized to Kuali Build, when the group is already established in that tool, or if the group can be programmatically maintained by a set of criteria (e.g., all persons with the primary affiliation "faculty" and the organization unit "Music" as defined in the Duke directory).
