Moving Your Mobile DukeCard Credential from an Android Smart Phone to an iPhone

When moving your DukeCard mobile credential from an Android smart phone to an iPhone, you will first need to delete your mobile credential from your Android device.  This action will allow you to add your mobile credential to your iPhone.

To get started, open the Transact eAccounts app on your Android device. You will be asked for your NetID and password, and then to complete Multifactor Authentication during login.

 1. Click View on the eAccounts main screen to access your credential.

  2. Click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the next screen.
  3. Choose "Delete Campus ID" on the next screen.
  4.  Confirm your selection by clicking "Delete".
  5. Your credential will now be deleted from your Android device and you will be returned to the eAccounts main screen.

You will now be able to add your Mobile DukeCard credentials to your iPhone.  View the article Adding Your DukeCard to Apple Wallet on iPhone or Apple Watch for instructions on how to add your DukeCard mobile credential to your new device.
