How to Upload Contacts to a List in Qualtrics
1. Go to duke.qualtrics.com and log in using your NetID credentials.
2. Open the main menu (three lines in the upper-left corner) and select Directories.
3. Click on Lists.
a. If you have not created a contact list before, click Create a list in the center of the page.
b. If you already have existing lists, click Create a list in the upper-right corner.
4. Enter a name for your contact list and click Confirm.
5. After creating the list, choose Upload a file.
6. On the upload page, you may download the provided .csv template if needed. Ensure your file includes a column labeled email.
7. Upload your file and click Next.
8. Review and map the fields to confirm how your data will be imported, then click Upload the file.
9. A pop-up message will appear indicating that your contacts are being imported.
10. Once the import is complete, you will receive a confirmation notification.
11. If the contact list appears empty, exit the list and reopen it to view the imported contacts.
