Office 365: Configuring the Microsoft Outlook app for Android

ISSUE:

Setup and install the Microsoft Outlook app.

Note: Duke Health users accessing Office 365 from a mobile device must enroll in Mobile Device Manager (Airwatch).

ENVIRONMENT:

• Android mobile devices
• Tested on Nougat 7.x.x

RESOLUTION:

1. Select Get Started.

2. In the Add account screen, enter your Duke email address and select Continue.

The Duke Log In page appears. 

3. Log in with your NetID, password, and multi-factor authentication. You account is created and your email, calendar, and OneDrive documents are loaded.

Note: Duke Health users must activate the device administrator in order to use the app.
