Change Your Microsoft 365 Profile Picture

Follow the steps below to change or update your Microsoft 365 profile picture.

Environment

• Microsoft 365
• Outlook Web Access (OWA)
• Outlook for Windows and Mac

Resolution

1. Log in to https://mail.duke.edu
   
   
2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select View account.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. On the account page, click the Edit icon on your profile photo to upload or change your picture.
   
   
   
   
   
   If you do not see the option to change your photo, please try a different web browser.
   
   
4. Once the desired modifications have been completed, click Save or Apply.
   
   
   

Changes may take several hours to replicate and become visible across Microsoft 365 services.
