EMS Integrations
The EMS Room Scheduling service integrats with other room scheduling and meeting support applications at Duke.
Space Management
EMS provides a central location to manage rooms.
Digital Room Signs
For spaces with digital room signs, room availability and scheduling will be available, either through EMS for Outlook, or directly through integration with EMS, depending on the hardware and license agreement.
PeopleSoft Integration
Once implemented, the integration between EMS and Peoplesoft will ensure course schedules are represented in EMS, providing a more comprehensive view of room utilization across both academic and non-academic activities.
