Director, DukeCard & Program Management
As director of DukeCard Services, Debbie DeYulia ensures that the program provides smooth and efficient customer service to students, faculty, and staff. She manages various operational responsibilities, including door access, financial transaction processing, card production, customer relations and communications.
Debbie is also responsible for the strategic direction of the DukeCard program. She anticipates changes in customer functional needs and assesses, plans, and oversees the implementation of new features and functionality to ensure that the program remains innovative and up to date.
With more than 25 years’ experience at Duke, Debbie has held several different positions in OIT over the years, including Director of Technology Support and Director of Program Management.
Debbie has an M.A. from East Carolina University and a B.S. from James Madison University. Outside of OIT, Debbie is a member of Educause and the National Association of Campus Card Users (NACCU).
