Celebrating Duke's Security Ambassadors
Blue skies and temps in the mid-sixties set the perfect scene for the Security Ambassador Appreciation Event at DHTS Park on Friday, April 12.

The event, held annually by the Duke IT Security Office and Duke Health Technology Solutions, provides an opportunity for Duke Security Ambassadors to come together and enjoy food, activities, and catching up with one another.
Several Security Ambassadors entered a raffle for the chance to smash a plate of shaving cream in the face of an IT leadership member. OIT'ers Charley Kneifel and Sam Naim were in the line up, and each received a face full of shaving cream.
Along with a lock picking station, many ambassadors participated in the phishing challenge. Tasked with deciphering which of ten messages where real and which were phishing attempts, two ambassadors came out victorious and were named the Duke Phishing Champions: Simona Farcas and Edwin Castillo.

A huge shoutout to the Duke IT Security Office and Duke Health Technology Solutions for hosting a fun and successful event! Learn more and get involved with the Duke Security Ambassadors.
