OIT-AV reserves the right to delete recordings two (2) years after the recording date. If you require a permanent copy, please note this in the “Additional Restrictions / Requests” section in the form when requesting Lecture Capture. The form: https://duke.is/AVHelp.

If not specified, your recording will be accessible for the duration of the semester, and students will not be able to access them after the final date for final exam submissions.
