Discontinuation of Adobe Creative Cloud Synced files

Adobe is discontinuing its Creative Cloud Synced Files service. Starting February 3, 2025, users will no longer be able to share files or folders from Creative Cloud Synced Files. If you don't use Creative Cloud Synced Files, please note that this change will not affect you.

Adobe is discontinuing the synchronization process for Creative Cloud content, which includes the sharing of synced files and folders. Your files will remain in your local Creative Cloud Files folder on your device, but folders and assets previously shared from Creative Cloud Synced Files will no longer be accessible to others. These changes will be rolled out gradually, so you might not see them immediately.

Please be sure your Creative Cloud Desktop application is up to date. If your version is below 6.4, Adobe recommends copying or export your files from the local Creative Cloud Files folder to a secure location. This precaution is necessary because, in older versions, files may be deleted from your local folder if their cloud copies are deleted.
