Kuali Build provides online support, including knowledge base articles, videos, and more. To access help from Kuali Build home page, click the vertical menu (three dots, upper left) and select Help. The Kuali Build support page opens; select Build.
If you need additional assistance, post to Duke’s Kuali Build User Community (Microsoft Teams) or contact kualibuild@duke.edu. One-on-one consultations are also available.
Trouble loading pages or having other issues? Check Kuali's status page. Known outages are posted to the Kuali Build User Community in Teams. If you're experiencing issues and no outage has been reported, post to the user community.
