Add a Shared Mailbox in Outlook for Android

Use the following steps to add a shared mailbox to the Microsoft Outlook app on an Android device.

Note: You must already have permission to access the shared mailbox before it can be added.

  1. Tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner of the Outlook app.

  1. Tap Add Shared Mailbox.

  1. Enter or select the shared mailbox email address, then tap Continue.

  1. The shared mailbox will appear in your list of mailboxes. Tap the mailbox to begin using it.
