Office 365: Add Shared Mailbox to Android Device

Add shared mailbox to Android mobile device

This was performed via Android Version 9

Follow the steps below to connect a shared mailbox:

1. Click the + icon on the top left under your profile image
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. click 'Add a shared mailbox' in the menu that opens on the bottom
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. click the email address of the shared resource and click continue
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. The shared mailbox is successfully added.  Click the icon for the shared mailbox.  If there is no profile image, it will contain the first letter of the email address.
