Qualtrics Account setup

How to set up a Duke Qualtrics account

This instance of Qualtrics is self-provisioning which means the account will be created upon initial login.

 

1. Visit https://duke.qualtrics.com/  to log into Qualtrics using the Duke Log in page

    

 

2. After logging in, First-time users will be taken to a screen asking if they have an account

    - Select: No, I don't have a preexisting account here

      

 

3. Confirmation that account was set up

    Click Sign In

      

 

4. You should be logged into the Duke Qualtrics account now to accept terms and start a Project. 

    *Do not use the Qualtrics website to log in. If you are not redirected go to https://duke.qualtrics.com/ to access the Duke Qualtrics website
