Jabber is more than an instant messaging app – it’s a full-featured collaboration tool, including voice, video, and conferencing capabilities. The advanced features are associated with your Duke phone number and NetID.

Under Additional information, include the following:

Ask to have your ticket assigned to the group "Telecom-Voice-OIT," and provide your Duke phone number.
If you’d like to use the Jabber app on a mobile device, provide the device’s make, model and service carrier (Verizon, etc.).

Requests are typically filled within two to three days.
