Upgrade Qualtrics Account

How to upgrade multiple users to a division at one time:

 

1. Visit https://duke.ca1.qualtrics.com/ and login
   
2. Expand the options menu in the upper-left, then select "Admin"
   
3. Select the "Coupon Codes" tab
4. Select the number of upgrade codes you like to use along with the number of uses per code. (you can set an expiration date if needed, not required)
5. Here you will select which division the users need to be in and apply it. Once you have the correct division select "Preview upgrade codes".
6. Select "Create upgrade code" and you can now distribute the code to the respective users.
