Adobe - Error - Another User Is Currently Logged In

Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud users may receive an error that indicates another user is logged in.


 Another user is currently logged in.  In order to sign in using [], please clear your cookies and restart your browser.


Cause & Solution:

This error usually indicates that someone is signing in with [] or literally "" (rather than using your own netID

Please try again, using your own netID as the username and trying again.


If the issue persists

Please send a screen shot of the error to, or attach it to a ticket assigned to Site License-OIT.
