Office 365: Edit/Add Profile Picture

Issue 

• How do I change/add my profile picture for Office 365 

Environment

• Office 365
• Outlook for Windows & MAC
• Various browsers via OWA

Resolution 

1. Log into https://mail.duke.edu 
   
   
   
2. Click your profile picture on the top right followed by clicking the picture in the newly opened menu
   
   
   
   **If clicking on the picture does not provide an option to alter or upload a photo, please use a different browser.
   
   
   
3. Once the desired modifications have been completed, please click Appy.

It may take several hours before the changes are replicated and visible.
