Directory: Name being duplicated / repeated

Cause
- N/a
Resolution
1. Log into work.duke.edu(link is external) using your netID information.
2. Navigate to the "MyInfo" tab.
3. Under the "My Profile section, look for "Select/Update my Gender Identity, Pronoyuns and Preferred First Name" and click on it.
4. Click the blue "Edit" button.
5. Enter only your Preferred First Name in the Preferred First Name field. Please do not enter your first and last name inside of the Preferred First Name field. Afterwards, click "Save" or "Save and Back".
6. Please allow 24-48 hours for updates to take effect.
