Customers may request voicemail-to-email functionality for their phone service.

Procedure:
Customers can request voicemail-to-email service by completing the online request form.

Escalation:

• If there are issues with the online request form, create a Support@Duke ticket and route it to Telecom-Voice-OIT.
• If you are unfamiliar with Support@Duke, contact the OIT Service Desk at 919-684-2200.
