Important Note About Passwords
If you have not changed your NetID password recently, you may need to update it before connecting — even if it works for other services. This ensures your password is synchronized with newer authentication systems.
If you experience issues changing your NetID password, please contact the OIT Service Desk at 919-684-2200.
