Developing AI Solutions with Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio and Microsoft 365

In this presentation, we'll explore how AI-powered chat and automation capabilities are delivered across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. We'll look at the full spectrum of Microsoft AI tools-from the built-in chat experiences in Microsoft 365 Copilot to more advanced, customizable solutions built with Copilot Studio. Using the M365 suite, we'll walk through how an AI agent can be created, grounded in organizational files and knowledge sources, and extended with tools such as email, databases, and Power Automate. Along the way, we'll discuss when lightweight, out-of-the-box chat features are sufficient and when it makes sense to move toward richer, more tailored experiences using Copilot Studio. Learners will need an active Co-Pilot license to fully participate, however all are welcome to join and listen.
