Discover, test, and help shape Duke’s new AI-powered campus assistant
Welcome to the BlueBot Pilot
BlueBot is Duke’s new AI-powered campus assistant — created to help students find trusted answers about life at Duke. Join the pilot to test new features, share your feedback, and help shape how AI enhances the student experience.
About the BlueBot Pilot
BlueBot is Duke’s new student chatbot that helps students quickly find accurate, Duke-specific information about campus life, student organizations, events, co-curricular programs and academic policies.
Unlike general AI tools that search the open web, BlueBot is trained exclusively on verified Duke sources, ensuring that responses are relevant and aligned with Duke’s official information. The BlueBot pilot program lays the groundwork for future integrations with university systems—creating a smarter, more connected Duke experience.
During this pilot, we’re testing how well BlueBot connects users to accurate, useful, and easy-to-find information. Your feedback will help us spot what’s missing, improve what’s working, and shape the next version of BlueBot.
Together, we’ll refine the experience and expand BlueBot’s reach to include even more student resources and helpful features. Your input will directly influence how BlueBot grows to better serve the Duke community.
