Power House

OIT's administrative offices, along with its 300+ employees are using the Power House building, located at 300 Fuller Street in downtown Durham, as a hybrid work space.

To gain access to the building, visitors should coordinate with staff prior to arrival. Free, two-hour on-street parking is available in designated spots along Fernway Avenue and Fuller Street. Carmichael Lot permit holders may park in the lot across the street from the Power House. Multi-day or single day permits for Carmichael are also available through Duke Parking & Transportation.
