You can review and approve video and content with the Lookat review and approval system. It allows your clients to pause video and make text and annotations at a specific time in the video. Those can then be reviewed and replied to by the editor/producer. The Lookat system can be used for still images and 360° video images as well.

There are a limited number of Duke licenses available for content uploaders, but there are unlimited reviewer accounts and they can be people within Duke or external to Duke. Contact the OIT Service Desk to get an account.
