Centralized Desktop and Services Support (CDSS)

You can contact OIT's Centralized Desktop and Services Support (CDSS) to manage your department's computers.  The managed desktop support service is an integrated suite of services for campus faculty and staff.  Support is provided over the phone, with remote control, via email, and through in-person visits. 

Managed desktop support is organized around the lifecycle of a supported computing device and includes:
