Duke staff share tools to streamline email, meetings and documents
WebEx is a suite of online meeting tools that allow you to meet with participants inside and outside of Duke using your computer and/or telephone.
- Up to 1,000 participants may attend via computer, phone, or video conferencing end-point (such as Telepresence). Support for US dial-in numbers is automatically included
- Participants can collaborate using audio and video, screen sharing, chat, & white boards
- Hosts can manage participants, lock the meeting to prevent additional attendees, and record the session
All Duke Health and Duke University faculty, staff, and students may request a WebEx account on the WebEx web site to host and run meetings.
