Availability and Performance Monitoring

OIT can monitor devices and systems for availability as well as measure relevant performance metrics.

Virtual machines managed by OIT will be monitored on request via the Clockworks process.

For self-managed virtual machines or other types of devices assign a ServiceNow ticket to Operations Management-OIT. The OIT Operations Management group will work with you to craft a solution using OIT's monitoring applications.
