Adobe Acrobat Express now available for Duke students
To prepare students for the new academic year, the Office of Information Technology provides a range of software for students at no cost, including the latest offering, Adobe Acrobat Express for Higher Education.
All Duke students now have access to Adobe’s web-based workspace with Acrobat AI Assistant, the industry recommended solution for most student coursework and creative projects.
It allows you to:
- Design professional-quality presentations, graphics, and social media content
- Generate audio overviews
- Create and edit PDFs
- Collaborate on class projects
In addition, you will have premium access to Adobe Express, Photoshop Express, and Adobe Firefly, allowing for all-in-one content creation from your web browser or mobile app. Learn more about Adobe Acrobat Express and get answers to frequently asked questions.
How to get Adobe Acrobat Express
To request access to Adobe Acrobat Express, visit Software Manager and sign in with your NetID. You will continue to have access to files and existing projects previously stored in your Adobe account.
Creative Cloud
Adobe Creative Cloud will no longer be automatically provisioned for all students.
Students with advanced design needs or whose coursework requires the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including desktop-based applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, may request a Creative Cloud license.
