Dukeblue doesn't work after Windows 10 Creator update installed

This is a known issue with the Windows 10 Creator update.

To correct this issue, go to https://launch.dukeblue.duke.edu and install the Dukeblue profile. Once that is complete, update your wireless driver.  You can do this by downloading the latest wireless driver for your device (e.g., for Intel chips, go to http://www.intel.com and download the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) and install it.

If you are still having issues after those two steps, disable Receive Segment Coalescing (RSC) (see KB0027174).

If you continue to have issues, please call the Service Desk at 919 684 2200 or go by The Link in Perkins library.
