How to re-register or replace your mobile device with Duo

You can replace or update the number and/or device that is registered with Duo. Do the following:

  1. Visit the Multi-Factor Authentication site and log in.
  2. Under Manage Devices, Click to select the desired device you would like to make a change to.
  3. (Optional) In the page that appears, update the device information in Step 1.
  4. Under Step 2, click Continue. You'll be directed to a page where you can activate Duo on your device by scanning a QR code.
