Setting up the printer
The Contacts database or "Address Book" in Cvent is a listing of users who have received an invitation to or have registered for an event or who have been imported into the system.
As Cvent is made available to the larger Duke community, we are instructing planners to use the Duke-branded template for events. Use this process to create a new event using the template.
Cvent includes several features that allow you to configure your event as needed. By default, most of these are disabled unless you enabled them when you created your event.

Key elements of your event configuration are the emails sent to your invitees and participants.
The Duke template includes generic images that will work for most events but changing the header image and even some of the text elements does help differentiate your event from others.
