The ePrint (Pharos software) service will be upgraded on July 2, 2018. There will be an outage for most of the day including ePrint release stations and ePrint mobile.

Microsoft OWA Mobile App Retiring May 15

On May 15, Microsoft will retire the OWA Mobile app.

The OWA app will stop working on your phone or tablet on May 15. If you depend on your phone or tablet for access to Duke email and calendar, please make other arrangements before May 15.

On Saturday May 12, 2018, Sakai will be unavailable between midnight and 6:00 am EDT while the Duke Sakai Team performs an upgrade.  

All existing sites and their content will be retained.

Duke’s license for Symantec Endpoint Protection software is coming to an end and the software must now be removed. Please work with your local IT support or uninstall the software yourself.

I received such a letter on March 9, 2016. Someone had taken the liberty of filing a tax return on my behalf.  And while I dread doing my taxes every year and would love for someone to do it for me, I’d prefer to have my refund deposited into my bank account, not someone else’s.
