Webex accounts will be decommissioned Feb. 1, 2023

Duke University and Duke Health are decommissioning Webex User Accounts effective Wednesday, February 1, 2023, and will shift to Zoom for conferencing and collaboration needs. This decision was based on a significant decline in Webex usage and will allow for consolidation of technology support.

All Confluence (DukeWiki) and Jira users will be able to continue using the current version of the services without interruption another year, until January 2024. Duke has extended its contract with Atlassian, the Confluence and Jira vendor.
