Web Services
The Office of Information Technology provides infrastructure and support for many of the Internet-based services that are used throughout the campus, including:
- Duke Web Services, formerly known as Blackwell Interactive, a resource for Web and application development services
- Duke’s WordPress service, available free for Duke faculty, staff
and students with a NetID, provides an easy way to set up a website or blog using predefined design templates (themes) and plugins
- Personal and group Web spaces available through WebFiles
- Google Search Appliance, the search engine available to all Duke Web sites
- Free online survey tools Qualtrics and Viewsflash
- Events@Duke, Duke's primary events calendar (Note: These pages explain how to pull feeds from the Events@Duke calendar for your group or department site.
