OIT Network Services will continue to monitor.

There are currently reports of intermittent network access issues on the wireless network. Wired network access is not affected. Places that have reported issues are Perkins basement, Biddle Building and the Carr Building. The problem may not be limited to these buildings, however. Staff is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.</description></item>

OIT Voice Services will need to reboot a single call manager to correct errors.  The reboot will force the phones attached to this server to immediately re-register to the secondary node, a 15-30 second process per phone. Users may see phones that are not in use re-register with the secondary node.</description></item>
<item><title>Unscheduled Outage - Certificate errors in Microsoft Exchange [Updated: Feb 7, 2012 - 2:58 PM]</title><link>http://oit.duke.edu/service-outages/details.php?id=3278</link><guid>http://oit.duke.edu/service-outages/details.php?id=3279</guid><description>RESOLVED: This problem was resolved at 2:50pm. Error messages should no longer appear when users attempt to access Exchange via Outlook or OWA.

Some users of OIT's Microsoft Exchange mail and calendaring system are reporting they are receiving error messages concerning trust verification or certificates during log in via Outlook or Outlook Web Access.  OIT staff are currently investigating this issue, which is not currently impacting mail performance. More information will be posted when it is available.</description></item></channel> </rss>
