RESOLVED 10:30pm: Full service was restored at approximately 10:30pm on Friday, Jul. 20. This service interruption impacted some split-tunnel VPN connections at Duke accessible through the portal.duke.edu service. The "Library Resources" context continued to work during the outage period. All login contexts should now be fully restored.
