**OUTAGE RESOLVED** This service degradation is now resolved. Full access has been restored to all users for pagingweb.oit.duke.edu.

OIT and our vendor are investigating reports of sporadic issues accessing pagingweb.oit.duke.edu. All paging is processing normally, this is only affecting sporadic access to pagingweb.oit.duke.edu. More updates will be posted as they become available.

Technical details: We are working with the vendor to isolate the cause of the issue and preventive measures.
