Update 2:20AM 3/31: The systematic reboot has been completed but has not fully restored service. Cisco TAC and local carrier are continuing to assess alternate solutions.

Update 10:18PM: The Cisco Call Manager reboot is still in process with 50% completion at this time.

Update 7:18PM: As part of the restoration efforts, OIT Voice Services and Cisco will need to reboot the VoIP Call Manager servers at 7:30PM. During this time digital phones will failover to redundant servers and analog lines will be briefly interrupted. This will be done in a rolling fashion, one server at a time.
